I think we all know that one of the greatest challenges of working out is ACTUALLY getting to the gym.
And even though we could work out at home, sometimes we just don't have enough time.
So, why not create your own 10-minute circuit routine instead?
Here is a sample!
30 seconds squat jumps
30 seconds mountain climbers
30 seconds burpees
30 seconds rest
REPEAT 5 TIMES TO COMPLETE A 10-MIN CIRCUIT
If you have another 10 minutes, alternate 1 minute of jumping rope with 1 minute of rest until time is up.
