A lot of people are afraid to indulge in cheat meals once they've started eating clean.
And I get it. It is pretty scary. What if you over-do it? What if you finish a whole bag of chips? What if you finish a whole box of pizza? (That is pretty bad)
I mean let's face it, we all have cravings.
And sometimes, we just really need to satisfy those cravings.
Just remember: EVERYTHING IN MODERATION
So if you want chocolate cake, have a thin slice.
If you want pizza, have a slice.
If you want a snickers bar, eat 1/4 or 1/2. (Throw the rest immediately)
I am not ashamed to admit that I cheat once or twice a week.
Makes me happy so no problemo. And I make sure that I eat clean the rest of the week.
I also believe that cheat meals are good for your metabolism and can help you avoid weight-loss plateaus!
So yeah, do not fight the inevitable craving (but don't over-do it!)
